Our classes include:

FitMix   - A high cardio low impact class combining functional movements with a mix of compound and weight exercises for a very versatile workout, targeting the whole body. A great class if you like to get that heart rate up and burn the calories with lots of different exercises!

Gentle Moves  - Gentle Moves is an innovative exercise program suitable for all people wishing to exercise at moderate intensity and is specifically designed to be suitable for clients with stable chronic conditions or at risk of chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, etc This includes those who have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, those who are sedentary or who are overweight or obese.

Pilates A low impact group exercise program designed to improve flexibility, posture, core stability and recovery from injury. Pilates also assists in injury prevention by strengthening and lengthening the muscles in the body. Everyone can enjoy the benefits of Pilates: for injury, childbirth, enhanced sporting ability, injury prevention. A relaxing workout that makes you feel aligned with your body and gives you strong core stability. Pilates is suitable for all levels of fitness, ages, male or female.

BoxFit-  Is a bodyweight class using a range of equipment together with the strength and agility of your own body power. This class will increase muscle strength and definition faster than a normal free weights class!  BoxFit not only increases strength but mobility, ligament and tissue strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness level.

RIP - Set to the latest music this non-impact, strength, weight, cardio and resistance group exercise class is suitable for all levels of fitness. Participants use hand weights and barbells in a whole body workout targeting the major muscle groups: legs, back, chest, arms and core. The benefits of RIP come from increased calorie burning throughout the day, improved muscle tone/definition, bone density and strengthen the core.
