  • Our PTs  will design a fitness program based on your individual needs and goals.  An initial assessment, gives  information to enable us to create an tailored program to achieve your fitness goals, but at the same time one that will suit your needs, life style, likes and dislikes, current exercise regime and  medical history.

Motivation and Guidance

  • Your program will provide the motivation and guidance that is necessary for a fitness program to be successful. We are all different; some of us like on-going feedback, and some of us need a good push to get us going; we all need a little help along the way. Our personal trainers will motivate and assist you every step of your journey.

Comprehensive Training Program

  •  Your program will provide a comprehensive training program. We know the importance of all the components of good fitness; it is not just about what you do, but how you do it. Carrying out exercises correctly can enhance the effectiveness of the exercise and decrease the risk of injury. We design your program to ensure that each client is working out using exercises that are most efficient for them.

Achievable Realistic Goal Setting

  • Your program needs to be achievable and based on setting realistic goals. We will prescribe balanced and achievable programs to ensure you attain your goals. Your program will progress as your fitness improves and you move towards attaining your goals and we will work with you to re-design your exercise program accordingly.


Book a private personal training session or bring along a partner or friends and make your workout a shared experience. Our Pts  will combine both cardiovascular exercise and strength training to provide you will a total body workout!
